Why can't I put a link in my post / signature?

There is a 30 limit post for everyone when it comes to adding links to your posts (or signature for full members).

We have kept this is place for a number of reasons:

- To stop spammy PR accounts (sorry lovely PR people) and spammy SEO accounts (sorry genuinely good SEO comanies) from paying £30 to join and just spamming thte forum with links until someone realises and then has to go back and delete them all.

- To ensure those who join the forum are doing it primarily for the right reasons, the networking, the discussion etc rather than a link drop.

We understand that this can be a little frustrating, "surely if you've paid the you should be able to do as you like" but it does make sense in the long run.
